HOUSTON — Stroke is a leading cause of epilepsy in people over 60, however the mechanism behind this association is not well understood.
In research presented at the 2016 American Epilepsy Society Annual Meeting, Beate Diehl, MD, PhD, FRCP, of University College London, and colleagues explored risk factors for post-stroke epilepsy.
